I didn't sleep over a month from the noise. I paid $800 which included 4.5 hours of labor. when I personally figured out what was wrong they said they would fix it. I then waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get a text message from the tech saying he didn't feel comfortable to work on it. this was because I was obviously frustrated that nothing had been fixed over these months! Sadly they are about the only help you are going to get in Homer. So i guess make sure to not try to question their pricing or lack of integrity. who knows how ill get any help now.
