Dollar Tree is Barbi's favorite form of Dollar Store and so we come here pretty regularly along with many other locations. This location had a lot of yarn and other things Barbi was looking for, so we had a great time, she shopped a ton even though we were here 10 mins before closing, and for this reason it went down well.

Today i come in to buy a dry shampoo that I've used a long time and want something a bit lighter on my hair. Not only she doesn't know about the product but also she seems very irritated when I asked her the different between the two. She is the manager of the store whom works there a long time at the old location and continue working at this newer location. What upset me was after I left the store, she probably think I was not the person who have licensed cosmetology, she called me and pretend I have some order left a side to pick up later just to check and see if I am the right one. Who do that with a customer? It is an insulting and I don't think anyone can accept. I will not come yo this location and will start to go to the one in Katy. Oh and she didn't even bother to put the products in a bags for me. If you don't need my business I will go somewhere else.

Delivery was promised the same day by Veronica (who claims to be the owner), but we didn't get the fridge until the next day- and it arrived scratched. The delivery man even admitted it was damaged before he picked it up. When I called, Veronica didn't offer a solution. Instead, she asked me what I wanted to do: take a discount or get a replacement door. She promised the door would arrive the same day...it didn't. After being passed around to unhelpful employees and getting excuse after excuse, Veronica even tried to claim the scratch was "covered" by a small paper with my name on it- despite the scratch being over a foot long. When I pushed back, Veronica shouted at me obviously frustrated that I didn't want a damaged fridge and wasn't okay waiting "sometime this week" for a technician. After more ignored calls and defensive excuses, it's clear this company lacks proper leadership. 6:30 pm and I'm only now having the new door installed. Do yourself a favor: GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
