We took our RV tanks to the location and were quickly met by Samantha, a great woman working to fill them. She was good at getting us our propane and was friendly and knowledgeable. Although refilling propane tanks is occasionally necessary in an RV park, I've never liked getting them filled. We will return to BayGas Propane because of our experience, Samantha's friendliness and professionalism, and the reasonable cost of the propane. I called and they said they had to readjust the shipping. It would be approximately $100 for cardboard tubes. My company would've never estimated for this cost. I believe they under price the order and we're trying to make up for it on shipping. Be very careful of this company when I spoke to them they were very rude and short and did not care about the customer.
