While the Market was amazing and quite enjoyable, the true highlight of our outing there was the Heads or Tails bar. Our drinks were fabulous! Service was spot on attentive, but not overbearing. The staff was found to be welcoming, friendly, and engaging. Although the bar was very busy, we felt as though they waited all evening just to meet us. So we immediately felt special. I noticed that all of the customers were happy and everyone seemed to be having a great night. We ordered our drinks, and one of the members of our party wasn't sure about what to order. Our bartender patiently asked her a few questions about things she liked and disliked and said, "l'll make you something special." When her drink was served to her she took a sip and I saw her face light up. She said that it was delicious, not like anything she had had before, and just the taste she was hoping for.
