All this during a sluggish rental market where she could have asked me to accept the first interested parties and did not. What really stood out was her professionalism and no-nonsense approach. Gigi didn't waste time sugarcoating the situation or overpromising. Instead, she gave me a clear plan, honest feedback, and handled the whole process with care and precision which for me - someone being new to being a landlord really appreciated. Another thing worth calling out: Gig knows how to deal with other agents -- including the ones who are unmotivated or inexperienced -- without letting it derail the deal. Watching her navigate those dynamics with calm confidence was impressive. If you're looking for a realtor who's professional, straightforward, and genuinely invested in getting results, I'd absolutely recommend working with Gigi.
