My family never had enough money or time to put toward lessons. Now that I'm older, I'm able to fulfill a few of my own childhood dreams: learning to surf, writing a novel (still at the brainstorming stage), and learning to ride! Maria is a wonderful teacher--she knows when to push you and when to let you get comfortable. She loves animals more than I do (which is a lot!) and I've learned so much from her in just a few short months. She's been patient with me too--I've gotten injured (not from riding, from walking my dog!)--and she's been very understanding. She really cares if you become a competent rider and she ends every lesson with a hug and a compliment, even if I feel like I didn't accomplish much that day. Her rates are incredibly fair as well--I still can't technically afford riding lessons (if I listen to Suze Orman), but the rates of the lessons make it so that I can keep coming back to learn more. If you want to learn about riding, support a local businesswoman, and gain incredible skills and memories, M & R Ranch is the place to go! It's a smooth and pretty 25 minute drive from Savannah and totally worth it!

Leak from master bathroom in garage, did not repair after 4 months of being a brand new home. 3. Another leak in kitchen, would not repair. 4 All downstairs windows leaked causing wood rot/ did repair but left wires hanging out of sill. 5. under windows the floors were rotted with water, they replaced and it window leaked again, no repair took place, 6. Had to replace the brick outside of the window they replaced and it look like a 3rd grader did the work, all crooked like a rollercoaster 7. Had to call RamJack to repair our foundation crack, out of pocket, now the other side of the house has a foundation crack. The list goes on. They paint a pretty picture, but do your REASERCH!
