He asked me if I like my contacts and I said yes but my near vision was getting more blurry. He had me put on a new pair with the same prescription and had me read something. Then said I was already at the highest strength in the contacts I was using and since I could read what he gave me I was good with that prescription. Very helpful unhappy that my insurance only pays for me to go every two years and feel this was a waste of that.

Tried wearing them but kept getting headaches so took them to optician in home state of AZ to have them checked. Both left and right lenses were done for prescription to my right eye. Left them to be fixed so left eye would have correct prescription. My niece lives closer to Mexicali so she went to pick them up and mailed them to me. The sunglasses that have the auto darkening lenses did not darken on the new left lens. Mailed them back to my niece and she went back again to get what paid for in Dec 2018. Meanwhile I went for eye exam & new glasses in US since have needed new glasses since 2018. My prescription changed since Dec 2018 so when I picked up my glasses I have not been able to use for over 6 months since Best Optical could not seem to get them right. I asked what could be done since now have 2 pairs of glasses cannot use. They would not accommodate me in any way. I asked if one pair could be done to make of for all of the inconvenience and was refused. Even offered to give them more money for one pair of they covered other pair. Nope not going to do anything for the hundreds of dollars paid! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT & RIP YOU OFF!!
