Fire the women who answer the phones, they do not make one attempt to try to speak englIsh, they get an attitude towards the caller for not making one attempt to speak spanish. There is an elderly woman that answers the customer service line #0. She refuses to give her name, she claims that not one manager is ever available to come to the phone. She asks the caller to state the reason to speak with the manager, then she asks the caller if they're family or a customer to the manager. That woman is unbelievable, un professional, rude, nosey. Ultimately, the caller is left on hold over 15 minutes, or deliberately hung up on. This crusty tortilla of a woman is utterly, unfit to be the face of walmart calexico, let alone any major entity. I have canceled my walmart membership and now after I go and get my refund I'm f*****g done with walmart calexico. read more

I am a paying Walmart+ member and was using the Walmart+ self-checkout area. I originally planned to use Scan & Go, but one of my items was not eligible, so I manually entered my phone number and began scanning my items at the register. The associate supervising the area, identified as Julia Marmolejo. She insisted that I use Scan & Go. When I calmly explained that I could not because of a specific item, she told me, "If you won't do Scan & Go, you need to go and pay like everyone else. You can't pay like that," and pointed me toward the regular lines.Shortly after, my transaction was stopped on the screen that she removed with a device she had on her hand , preventing me from continuing. It appeared that it had been remotely paused. To avoid further conflict, I used Scan & Go and completed my purchase through the app. When I asked her to verify my items, she refused to help me and told me to find someone else, even though no other associate was available. I remained calm and respectful the entire time. The interaction felt horrible. She is so RUDE AND DISCRIMINATIVE!! I also could not help but question whether assumptions were made about me based on my APPEARANCE or AGE, as I was told to "pay like everyone else" despite paying monthly for Walmart+ benefits.SHE IS A HORRIBLE WORKER. read more

Normally we do not like going to Wally world. However we noticed that the inside has been completely redone, according to my SO and stocked. There is several self checkout areas. It is easy to get through aisles and everything seemed to be neat and clean, did not deal with any customer service related issues, so so had no interactions with employees. As we used to check out. The only interaction we had was they do check receipts. Parking lot is quite big but of course everybody tries to get princess parking and therefore it could be a bit hectic. But in-and-out the process was super quick compared to our stores in Southern California read more

Like any Walmart, came for certain stuff and found them . The store seems very slow comparing like it's normal day, there were plenty of parking. The store seems clean, no interaction , self checkout. read more

They closed the self checkout registers. Now they have two lanes open, and only 15 items or less, which creates an even longer wait. I won't return to this location. read more

Great experience. Found everything I needed. Should have gone sooner. No waiting in long lines.

Please be careful with this place. I made a purchase with my benefits card and as soon as I did my benefits were wiped out. I made the report and when I tried speaking with a manager (Maribel-Team Lead) she was very defensive and even left me speaking alone although I was only trying to warn her so that this wouldnt happen again. Something tells me she knows what is going on. I also spoke to many many others who have had the same problem in this location. avoid it at all costs. read more

Today, I decided to do my grocery shopping at the Calexico Walmart because I wanted to purchase a particular item that the Walmart I frequent does not stock. As I was searching for the item, I noticed there weren't anymore on the shelf, therefore, I asked a Walmart associate (Ignacio Ruiz) if they could find the item in the stockroom. Mr. Ruiz did not hesitate to help and found a box of the item and restocked the shelf, which made it possible for me to purchase two packages of the item. I appreciate when Walmart associates do not hesitate to assist and provide excellent customer service. read more

Always packed, it's like 10 minutes inside the US Border. What I like about this Walmart is that I can find stuff here that isn't at the other Walmarts. They have different food in the hot food section and I can always find Tortillaland tortillas. They also have a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut (instead of McDonalds) and a Claire's that always has great clearance. read more

Walmart app is very helpful at home or being at the store. The problem is that store inventory doesn't match with walmart app. I scanned 15 different items to check its price and the app was telling me that the product was out of stock at this store. Prices are higher than el centro or brawley walmart. Not going back to Calexico Walmart for sure. read more

Walmart got my back for sure! Last minute birthday card shopping and some chocolates saved me butt! But they usually have what you need anyways! Employees come and go but Walmart is forever! Plus this one is the closest Walmart to the border (I think). If an employee is rude to me, I'm not gonna not go anymore that's for sure. But I'll have a word with their manager or something. But yeah... just another Walmart! read more

I went in to do a tire rotation. So the guy told me it would take 1 to 2 hours. So I was waiting at Walmart for 2 hours. I got at Walmart at 3:00. At 3:00 my car was taken in. So at 5 something I went to the lube register and asked if my car was ready and the guy said yes. I asked him, "has it been a while since it was done?" He said no.
