I've been to a lot of scrap yards and i can honestly say that I've never seen / experienced one like this. It's so well organized, you don't have to go searching or digging for anything. I just drove through the lot until i saw what I was looking, all organized into piles. And the staff was amazing. Super helpful and professional. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy working there. Which says a lot about the way the business is ran. The guys working the lot were very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had also reached out on Facebook with some questions and they responded almost immediately sending pictures, videos, pricing, etc. And from a woman's perspective I can say it was refreshing. I wasn't treated like I didn't know what I was doing, which more often than not is what happens when I walk in to other places like this. I just can't say enough about the staff. Sahds is so uniquely different than any other scrap yard/metal recycling place I've ever been to. It's over an hour away from me but there's no question that I'll be going back there, many many time.

Communication with Dan and this business has been smooth and professional. The scheduled window of time I expected someone to arrive was between 8 and 10am. I received a message just before 7am that Dan would arrive at 8:30, which was indeed his arrival time. We did a house walkthrough and discussed what rooms needed cleaning and what needed done. Dan brought his own equipment and steam sanitized my floors, and cleaned throughout. This was a preliminary deep cleaning appointment and unfortunately his helper called off, but wow, this guy is a workhorse. In just a few hours he cleaned my house top to bottom and left things in good order. Floors look great, surfaces all look cleaned well, I'm very very pleased. The only area lacking was dusting (only noted in my bedroom) but I had a lot of clutter and we didn't discuss that. Overall a great job, I have no hesitation about having this business clean for me in the future and im waiting to schedule future appointments as I write this.

Edit to the response below- We have an email confirmation of the first appointment. When I called, YOU YOURSELF confirmed you messed up your schedule so don't go back on your word now. Also YOU incorrectly thought our appointment was today at 10-12 which is why you showed up EARLY. My mother's call log has 2 missed calls and a voicemail staying we are late for our 10-12 appointment. I never agreed to 10-12 as I already had a standing appointment at 10. At 12:03 you sent a picture text message saying you were leaving which now makes sense because you can't keep track of your own schedule. Then when I finally get ahold you, you realize your time was wrong and say the appointment was 12-2 and you have a "5 minute waiting period". Don't lie and think customers won't leave you bad reviews.

When we first started, it was a huge transition not having him at home all of the time, but they eased so many of my worries and gave me the confidence to drop him off every day knowing he would be handled with so much kindess and caring. We dealt with a few typical issues there (like biting from another child), and now looking back on it, I was so impressed with their professionalism and problem-solving. It feels like such a blip on our U-GRO timeline, because of the rest of the incredible experiences we've had there, too. It's hard to pick and choose our favorite teachers because there have been so many. And the program director, Courtney, honestly blows my mind with how much information she retains on all of the families there. She says hello when you come in the door or leave if shes in her office, does a quick check-in. She knows all of the siblings and grandparents if she's ever met or heard of them. Her attention to detail is astounding and it just continues to highlight the level of consideration she gives to every family she serves. Those values are echoed in every other staff member too. Nothing feels better than hearing each and every person who works at your child's place of care say hello the them by name when you see them. This is actually the case for a good amount of the kids as well (the ones who can talk, haha). It's a bit of a steep cost, but it is truly worth every penny. My son will be leaving with social and emotional skills, strengthened math and reading foundations, solidified potty-training, and so much more. They've even started writing letters and now he can confidently write his name! It's incredible hearing what he's learned at school each and every day. I can't recommend this establish more highly.​
