We were and still are very pleased with the attention to customer service given to us. The office…read moreservice was extremely helpful and attentive. The repair man, Joseph Siedlecki AKA Joe, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He managed, in record time, to have a temporary fix for the unit so that we would have a cool house for the weekend while the parts to fix the unit became available. He then came on schedule as promised and fixed it properly. We are extremely pleased with the company's concern, honesty, efficiency and excellent service.

First of all let me say I am very happy with my service, however I'm not happy how we got here. I…read morecalled them and yes they did come in the middle of the night . Mind you my son had already dug up the pipe and had it ready for them to look at. The water was turned off so everything was good . They never asked pictures. They said if they had the parts on the truck they would fix it that night if not it would have to wait until the morning. They didn't have the parts okay I'll be here in the morning that's what we were told . I don't know about you but 3:30 in the afternoon is not in the morning. We were never called to be told of a delay or anything . I called the office at noon and was advised he's finishing up on a job and then he'll be headed to you . Like I said showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon took 15 minutes to fix it, told my son not to turn the water on for 30 minutes and then left . Needless to say if I would have known it was going to be in the middle of the afternoon they were going to come I would have gone with my first choice which would have been here in the morning to fix the problem and had it fixed just as quick . My thoughts are they took a bigger job because they were going to make more money than my little job that was the bare minimum so I could wait . I wasn't told I have to finish another job and then I'll come to you I was told I'll be there early in the morning . No communication to let me know what was going on. What this business doesn't realize is it's the small jobs that has homeowners have that is going to keep them in business and it's going to get them good reviews. While the staff was nice I did not need nice . I needed my pipe fixed . Don't lie to people to get them to agree to have you come do a repair . And if something comes up at least call somebody and let them know to do nothing is poor business practice. The small jobs are what's going to keep you in business . I don't recommend this business . I will not ever use them again . And I'll make sure to tell everyone not to use them too . Also Google has all these five star ratings which I think they're either paying for or they're deleting out the negative ones because I don't see how they're five stars . UPDATE............ The owner reached out to me and was very apologetic repeatedly saying that is not how they do business. They take customer service very seriously and after speaking with him I do believe him. He offered a resolution and I am very satisfied with the outcome . I have to say the they seem very authentic and apologetic as to what happened . I don't believe that this happens all the time and when there are issues I believe they do do their best to rectify the issue .
