We looked at the website and registered beforehand which made the process easier. You are allowed to make two initial picks. Our volunteer was Liza and she was fantastic! She read us all the information on our picks and led us to the room where we met our cat. We instantly fell in love and decided on him. The entire process took about a hour. We were very happy with the service and ease of adoption. The only thing we didn't like was when we met our cat the area was very uncomfortable. It was an empty office.
