But I did use the locker room for the women as well as the pool/sauna area and cycle studio. Arriving the staff were friendly, not pushy to join or commit (I was a guest to a friend). One of them literally walked us down the hall and pointed us in the right direction. We felt so comfortable, welcome and had a great workout! Looking forward to returning for another cycle/HIIT class! The class was one that novices and experts could thrive in! The instructor was inclusive and also pushed us in the best way! There were options to modify, make things easier/harder, etc. Great instructor! The locker rooms were clean, although the key system, my friend is used to the code so didn't have a card to use to get the lock to work. The desk outside the locker room has spares and helped right away. The showers were clean, locker area clean, overall great! Parking was....a pain. But I can imagine on a Monday at 5ish, that's the case. Found a spot within 5 minutes and had to walk a few minutes but whatever. If you're looking for a gym with freedoms to use equipment, shoot some hoops, or take a class - check out lifetime!

My kids are kids not justifying if they are not behaving yes I will talk to them. But getting comments on well its no much for me. (mind you its just one kid or 2 kids at most). And then talking to management about it and honestly felt completely dismissed and her saying we are not professionals in medical problems. Don't waste your time or energy here.

He said yes, and I even got a confirmation text to come in at 8:30am. I came in the day of the appointment at 8:10am. The woman at the front desk was very rude in telling me that my 3 day pass had expired and I needed to wait to talk with them. I even showed her my appointment to use the gym at 8:30am. She said the trainers do not come in at that time. So why did I get the appointment and why couldn't I just go work out? She was very rude and made it seem like I was doing something wrong so I left. And I will not be back either. I think the front desk staff need to be better educated bc she didn't even know they offered a 3 days pass.

I'm no expert on gyms. In fact, if you saw me on the street, you'd bet money I've never seen the…read moreinside of a gym! Nonetheless, a doughy physique, age and lack of energy drove me to consider a "fitness center". I wanted a Sauna because sitting still and sweating is an "exercise" I know I'm good at. After some research, I landed on Snap Fitness, Lakeville MN. From the time I squeezed my unfit self through the door, the staff here was great. They didn't giggle, they didn't guffaw, they gave me a tour, some encouraging words and a good deal on a membership. A couple days later I began my new fitness journey. There was a ton of well maintained equipment, many of the machines I lean on to catch my breath, I've never seen before and am learning to use by trial and error. I've been tangled up in a few, summarily tossed by a couple and am having a blast! Each day is a new experience. Each day a new sore body part. Don't get me wrong, they have great trainers and guides, I just prefer to bumble my way through. This center has everything I need and isn't crowded. I can bumble here with reckless abandon!

The prices for not having a sauna or anything extra are a little excessive when you can go to LA 5 miles away and have 5x the stuff. The gym is very clean but not a lot of room for how much they have going on in there. Also, if you are looking at getting your first fitness pass anytime is not the ideal place considering there cancelation fees are ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend. The Inver Grove Aquatic Center is a little bit more in price but you get way more bang for you buck without any extra fees. Also you can cancel anytime you would like at Snap Fitness and LA. No hidden fees!

So this is where I work out now. Previous to that I was a member at another Anytime Fitness…read morelocation in Missouri. The review for the old gym also applies here. Great thing about Anytime Fitness is the ability to work out anywhere there is a Anytime Fitness gym. After 30 days, you are granted access to any of the gym locations even outside the US for a low monthly fee. And get this, ALL the gyms are open 24/7. Keep in mind, the staff hours are limited so if you need assistance, you're going to have to go in during regular business hours. They also offer group/personal training classes which I don't care too much about. I get my workout in and get out. It's got everything I need and then some. When you walk in you'll be able to see a shelf of cubbie storage where you can put your keys and other miscellaneous stuff. In addition to plenty coat hangers, there is a shoe rack as well. I really appreciate that little area so people don't drag their wet shoes along the hardwood floor to get to the restrooms on the other side. This gym has everything anyone needs, although the lifting stations and free-weights area are cramped. The free weight benches are somewhat of an hindrance at this particular location due to the space constraint so if you are by the free weights, you'll notice you won't have much room to roam freely. Stuff have to be moved around on occasion even when you're working out by yourself... Some AF locations have lockers but this one does not. It is a safe gym with camera rigged everywhere especially the entrance area. I've been to several locations around a few states and all the gyms are set up pretty much the same plus or minus a few workout equipment like jump ropes, boxes for box jumps and plyometrics/yoga/stretching area. It varies from gym to gym as these gyms are franchised out. If you want to bulk up, you can do so at an Anytime Fitness gym but don't expect the same number of workout benches and/or weightlifting stations compared to World's/Gold's Gym... If you want to lose weight and tone, you can also do that here. Tons of cardio machines and are greatly maintained. The thing I really like about these gyms is there is always almost no one there so you can get an efficient and effective workout whenever you feel like it. Don't get me wrong though, I don't mind working out with equally minded people who are trying to get their workouts in... I just can't stand groups of 3-5 people at a given station just chatting about last night with the hot chick or what not.
