My work schedule is crazy and I had a hard time making time to get it to their shop. They gladly came and picked it up from my work and took it back to the shop to begin repairs. He checked it out really well. He crawled under it looking for any imperfections with the repairs and found that it was truely repaired as it was never in an accident at all.They replaced all bad parts with OEM parts. Do not pay them a dime…read more They accepted a ticket I submitted through insurance to give me a tow since my car was undrivable and I was stranded. ETA 1-2 hours before arrival. Not ideal but fine. 4 and a half hours later, my girlfriend and I are calling them to ask for updates every 15 mins because it is getting dark and the map is showing that the driver we were assigned is only driving FURTHER AWAY. Then our calls started going straight to voicemail so I assume the dispatcher or office worker was fed up and was intentionally screening our calls. In the end they NEVER came, we were forced to abandon the car on the side of the road until the next morning when we submitted a new request to a different company who was there in 45 minutes. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE OR YOUR SAFETY.
