I questioned them and they of course deny and lie about taking anything. I get in touch with a body shop I want to fix and tow it and let the tow company owner know this 2 days prior and he says I went through your truck trying to find what pendant but didn't find it. fast foward two days later whenever the body shops tow guy geta there they lie and say owner wasnt there, so he couldn't get my truck. which he was and then they refused to let them tow my truck and kicked them off the property. I had to call the cops to the place to help get things some what sorted. they over charged outrageously saying it was $900 for towing my vehicle not even 2 miles from where I had wrecked and my vehicle being there 6 days. the cop told them that they over priced and they re write another invoice still over priced for $750. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.The OWNER andALL of his EMPLoYEES are sketchy..

They don't know much at all about tires. They can't even read all the details off the screen. We had three different people try to help us, and we got three different answers on what they had. I finally settled on an option and they said it would have to be picked up the next day. We spend some time parking it closer to the building too, cause there is no way they can get to it today. I go home. Then they call, only 3 hours later and it's ready. If I had known that might happen I'd have hung around that side of town. At checkout, it takes her nearly half an hour to figure out how to ring it all up. I swear they have a dot matrix printer in the mix. I think she included some warranty service I didn't even want but you can't tell what is what on the receipt. Also, no alignment service available. I'm not sure if they balanced the tires properly either, so I had that done at my normal tire shop afterwards. Don't buy tires here. Tow it elsewhere!

They wouldn't sell me tires because I had after market rims on I told them I signed a waiver that allows them to work on it. I just need my tires done. They didn't know how to change the tires on them the manager said. These are common after market rims and they deserve to be fired if they cannot do there job. One manager got the other manager cause they didn't want me to hear my complain. I left a formal complaint and I feel targeted because of my age

That alone seemed sketchy to me, but I was told this was because OEM parts were being used, and higher labor rates than what a warranty would pay. After work was completed my invoice reflected this. Shortly after the repair, my car developed issues. A second opinion and my warranty company, both indicated that aftermarket parts appeared to have been installed. When I brought this back to the shop, I received conflicting explanations that didn't line up with what I was originally told. When asking why I was told the issue was due to a vendor supplying the wrong parts that they believed were OEM parts & that they went through a third party vendor rather than going to the OEM dealer due to some kind of warranty the OEM dealer didn't offer them (I was not informed of any of this or any additional warranty info during installation.) Prior to picking up my car I requested this explanation in writing. Upon pickup I was initially given an invoice that read "previously installed OEM parts" still... After everything that was discussed. When I then asked that statement to be corrected on paper they did, but why put that there wrong to begin with? Midtown did take the car back to address the issue without push back, but the lack of consistency and transparency was extremely concerning to me. Even though they did fix the situation, by installing the OEM parts I do not have warm fuzzies. It was beyond stressful and frustrating. I absolutely hate that here I am trying to stay local and put money back into MOCO by going small business and in return losing all trust. Do better.
