Awning began to fall apart after a few years, so I called Dan to get it fixed under warranty. Dan says that was only for the material and materials have gone up. It turns out these guys have scammed many customers using cheap chin ease knock off fabric and vinyl, which they told me was Sunbrella, a blatant lie, they are known all over the industry down here for scamming customers with a bullshit 10 year warranty using this crap material they represent as genuine Sunbrella, this is Fraud as I understand it, Do NOT do business with them, and run away as quickly as you can from these crooks.
