This place is run by an Austrian who has strong family bonds to Mexico and lived there for many years. He is really into the Mexican culture so to speak. Therefore everything inside reminds you on Mexico, the walls, the ceiling, the tables, the objects, since the whole interior is decorated in Mexican style. So in terms of colorful setting and accessories you will think you are in Mexico. When it comes to the meals, the food tastes also very authentic. We had a chili con carme and didn't regret it. (Yes, they do have a 4-seat bar, and you can have your meal there) Atmosphere was very cozy, great music playlist and not too loud. Decor is suited to the "American" theme, with old adverts on ancient brick walls. They were full, and the wait staff was very busy. Service was great, but not always available. Started with a couple glasses of wine. By the glass list is short, but the Gelber Muskateller was a very good one. Unfortunately they were out of their American Cabernet. For beer and whisky lovers, there's an extensive collection of craft beers and whisk(e)ys from around the world. Shared their avocado BLT salad and it was delicious and fresh. Bacon could have been crisper and there was a bit too much of it, but flavors, including the ranch dressing, were great. Had to ask for knives though. Another glass of wine each, and we each had the signature bacon cheeseburger, mine requested without bun and medium rare. They nailed it!! A real treat, as most Austrian restaurants over cook burgers. The side of truffle parmesan fries was very tasty and properly cooked, though the fries were mostly short and not conducive to dipping. All food was warm, fresh, properly cooked, and delicious! Finished with a couple of fine single malt scotches. Prices were reasonable (4 wine, 1 salad, 2 entree, 1 side, 3 scotch), and we got out of here for €79 before tip. (Tips are minimal in Austria... €85 total) We'll have to try their dry aged steaks next time!

The food was good and came out quick. The drinks were cold with a huge selection, and the server was helpful with ordering. We played pool which was fun and a nice change of pace for a group outing. Really enjoyed my visit here, and would likely return again!

You can absolutely taste the superior quality of the meat of the burger, the bread they made the bun with, the perfectly fried potatoes and don't even get me started with that to die for whipped cream on that bomb chocolate shake. The place was busy when we got there. My mom and I came with her little mobility scooter, and they were very accommodating with helping us find a place to stash it. Our server was so friendly. The food came out really quick. They also brought us these cute little keychains as a gift because they were excited to have real Americans in the American diner. Look when I'm traveling I always try all the cuisine there but at some point you may get a little bit of a craving for flavors from home. If only the flavors from home tasted like this!

I sat outside, which was nice when the cigarette smoke wasn't blowing my way. I had a large beer and the "Entenbrust auf Pfefferrahmsauce" (which turned out to be a duck breast in a nice sauce with large tater tots and vegetables). Food was decent, though the duck was quite tough to cut with a butter knife and the vegetables had clearly been frozen previously. Still, not bad for ~11.5 euros overall (~13 USD). Biggest issue was that I did not have cash, and I had to walk to an ATM around 10-15 minutes away to pull out cash and pay for my meal. Overall, experience was "A-OK", but not what I had expected seeing other Yelp reviews.

The whole menu is full of gimmicks referring to the Southern US. The staff is friendly and the interior reminds of New Orleans as well as the patio. Its very comfy to have ones Soul Food in this patio. The food is very tasty and I had delicious Spare Ribs (Soul Food Combo) and my group had the Lemon-Chili Wings & Dreamsticks together with garlic bread. All dishes we had were very delicious.
