The girls gets the stars as my son was excited to take his picture with them. It was first time there. However, the food quality has gone down quite a bit. The mild and medium heat both need more heat. I felt like it was not hot at all. We asked for a side of medium heat and it had the look like it was watered down hot sauce. The shrimp was ok but why put the spice outside the shrimp when we gotta peel it anyways. Service was great and the beer was the highlight of the meal and the picture of my son with the girls. The past 3 times I have came here it's been awful the first two time the employees took my order and I order original bone in and I got boneless this happen twice . The third time I came in and was asked to go bar and order (to go) usually you order by the gift shop so I walked up to the bar and not a single person asked if I need help or anything they act like I was invisible while other were just standing I waiting a good 10 mins. I know people break my chops about this, but I LOVE eating at Hooters! And this one DID NOT disappoint!!! Friendly atmosphere between the wait staff and the people I was sitting at the bar with. Great conversation and a bar tender who was friendly and respectful and on the money with my drinks and food order. As usual I get crab legs, YES crab legs. And IYKYK Some of the best snow crab legs anywhere. Also peel and eat shrimp and of course NAKED wings HOT!!! All were amazing!!! My ONLY issue was lacking of a lot of beer on tap. Here in Columbia, Missouri for work. Hooters is next to my hotel. Haven't stayed here in a while, this hotel, so decided to hop over and watch a little basketball, have a cold one and some food. It's Monday night, their special is buy 10 wings get 10 free. Perfect for me, gives me food for the room! Basically 2 dinners knocked out tonight for the week. Kayla, the bartender, was very nice. She was training a new bartender, but kept everyone at the bar full. She seemed very energetic and polite. I got 10 of the Daytona beach wings and 10 Texas bbq dry rub. Both were ok. Better than I expected. Had a couple cold brews and then went back to my room. This was much better than the last time I stayed at this hotel, which was November '23. Wasn't super busy when I walked in. But got a little busy by time I was done eating. Would come back when I stay at this hotel again. I ordered 10 boneless wing mild. When they came out the wings were garlic parm. I even asked what they were and the waitress said what. I said that's not mild. Then she looked at them and said ohhh. She took them and then came back and sorry kitchen mistake. And I replied I'm surprised that you didn't notice since they are the wrong color she said I just picked them up and brought them over. So that tells me they do t pay attention to what their customers order. I have been waiting 6 minutes for my replacement and when they finally got her I got 9 instead of 10. Wow that's some customer service. Then even after talking to the manager she said she was trying to make it right. She said she was giving us 50% off but it was not. I got $5 off and even when I said something to her about the fact I didn't order 2 10 piece she said ohhh well we took it off. Wings are good , the ladies try too hard with their butt crack wedgie making shorts and low cut top. Want to make the place better? Lower the cost of your wings. They are good, but not that good. We are now hooked on the delivery. This was something different than pizza over and over. The apps and food come very hot (well packaged). We come here every time we are in town. They make good drinks and the food is always really good. I get the Old Fashioned and he gets beer. Tonight we shared the chicken nachos and they are really good!! I would absolutely get them again. The chips were salty and the cheese was a good balance. The waitress was pleasant but seemed rushed to wait on us. First, I went to this Place because it's next to my Marriott Hotel. By default. This is THE worst Hooters I've been to. Even worse than Las Vegas. This chain has seen its day and is living in the past. Stopped in for a beer and wings. Good thing.....Cold beer. Otherwise, nothing. No interaction with bartender, other than an ID demand. I'm 30 years overs the drinking age. Really, Hooters??!?!? I'm glad to see more Twin Peaks restaurants coming around to replace the old tired theme of "Hooters". It's a chain....a relatively obnoxious one, but we were looking for food and a good place to get a Bloody Mary during the MS150 weekend. I got that Bloody Mary, which was meh and some fried pickles to start. The pickles were tasty. I also ordered the Baja Fish tacos, which were decent. The staff was nice. If you don't mind waiting 15 minutes to have a "waitress" acknowledge your existence and 25 minutes before you get to order and being carded if you look under 70 then go. Otherwise, Columbia has numerous other places that care about customers. No idea what's happened in the last several years...maybe the manager just doesn't care, maybe they don't know how to hire, or maybe they just don't pay enough for decent waitresses, but Columbia has a bunch of other places where you get treated like a true customer. read more
