Had hesitation after checking out Yelp, but still decided to give this location a try. Stopped by twice this past week on the way to and from Charlotte. Had incredible service both nights, lucked out by having the same server, Braelynn, too. She was attentive, personable, and fun, to go along with being a sweetheart, which seems to encompass the traditional Hooters Girl mantra. Seemed passionate about her work and proud to be a trainer for other servers. Every beer was ice cold. And the bartender made a fantastic margarita. Braelynn never let our drinks run dry before checking if we were ready for another. Our wings were hot and fresh and sauced perfectly. We had tots and curly fries and both were great. Honestly, both nights this place was on their A game. Would definitely recommend stopping by if passing through on I85. Waited over an hour for a drink 20 -30 minutes for my bill that had an extra beer on it but didn't feel like waiting any longer for it to be corrected so payed it anyways. I always enjoy stopping in this Hooters. While all the ladies are very friendly, professional, and attentive, I do have a few favorites. Jordan is always on top of her game. I've never seen her without a smile and she's never let my glass get empty before asking if I'd like a refill. There are so many others I could name that I like to have take care of me when I'm there. Gabby, Kayla, Claire, and so many others. You simply can't go wrong with any of these ladies as your server. The food is always good, too. I've had many different things on the menu and it's all been good. Never had a single complaint about the food. I've visited Hooters restaurants all over the country and this one is one of the very best, in my humble opinion. I obviously recommend this restaurant to anyone who's reading this review. I ordered delivery. Crab legs. Attached is a sample of what I received. They comped the meal, but I had to go to the restaurant to receive my credit. I brought my grands in just to clear the credit. A manager came over to the table and said if there was anything I needed, I only had to ask. She then explained two other managers would come out to speak with me. I saw neither. My food got cold while waiting on silverware. The waitress stopped by three times. Now they are "bummed" I wasn't satisfied. My youngest grand fell out of the high bar seating and onto the floor. The waitress just looked, laughed and walked away. If she said something, we couldn't here it. My hamburger meal was on a cold bun with brown edged lettuce. I asked for onions. There were none. Over the last two decades we have been to a ton of Hooters. Reason being, they are open late after sporting events when everywhere else is closed. This Hooters has some of the best service in the chain. Clearly, like everybody else, we come here after Clemson games. And anybody that's been in this area is often as I have knows that the service at Wild Wing Cafe across the street is hideous. Unfortunately, the atmosphere might be better at Wild Wing, but the service is much better at this Hooters. There's no reason to go on and on about what to order here and what's good and what's not because this is a massive chain and we all know what to expect. If the Anderson franchise is any indication of the chain as a whole, the Hooters brand is dying. We called ahead (approximately 20 minutes) and ordered takeout. After placing the order we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, perfect! Well, it did not turn out that way. Upon arriving around 9:00 p.m. the parking lot was almost empty. The entrance door was dirty and no one said "Welcome to Hooters" as I entered. There were only 5 customers in the restaurant, one Bartender and three Servers. I sat at the bar and had to wait for the bartender to finish her conversation with a co-worker and check her phone before she acknowledged me. I told her I was there for takeout and she said the order was almost ready. I ordered a beer while I waited. I drank the beer and sat there for almost 30 minutes watching one server stay at a table talking to two customers, the bartender and other servers sat at the end of the bar talking and playing on their phones and the Manager just walked around watching TV and playing on his phone. When I finally asked him if he could check on my order he begrudgingly agreed. He walked back to the kitchen and wallah, my order was placed into a bag. The manager walked back and said he "expedited" things for me. In reality what he did was have them place the now cold food that had been sitting there into a bag. I paid and left. When I arrived home the food was cold. A little more cleaning, a LOT less playing on phones, and a LOT more paying attention to their jobs and the customers would serve this establishment well. read more

We got back to the hotel the wings were excellent, the shrimp was ok I was disappointed because when I went to grab a shrimp it was not.....It was either a overcooked chicken honestly I couldn't make it out.
