Karl was very quick to respond to our concerns and made sure the project stayed on track and the work was completed to our standards. He took the time to recommend places to visit to help us pick out the finishes (flooring, tile, etc.) and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Carpenter was rude in my own home! Messes were left. Workers walked out unexpectedly, without warning or calling management. Seemed like they did not like working on older homes. Insulation was removed and never replaced, saying "we're not insulators". Prices were not disclosed, saying it would increase cost to do so. Was sold special-order storm doors without my knowledge, so I couldn't get a refund! Months after final payment I discovered outlets wired to the wrong circuit breaker box and had to call them back for re-work. On the good side, they rightly stood up to building inspector to widen doorway. Overall, most work was well done, even if it was deeply frustrating with little accounting given for expenses. FYI: Don't let them talk their way out of providing references of work on comparable properties first..
