The doc explained what was needed to be done, what had probably caused the issues, how I could prevent future issues and then walked me through everything he was doing. He's very personable and easy to talk to which is so refreshing! The office girls are also very nice, accommodating and helpful when it comes to figuring out the insurance thing! I had never had insurance before so they helped me understand how payment works and what the charges will/could be. Only good things to say about this office and am now a loyal patient!!!

That dentist was hostile to his staff and it made me uncomfortable. He did a terrible job on my teeth and left me with a lot of work to be done. My first experience with Ward Family Dentistry was Kim, the receptionist. She was compassionate and understanding. It was evident that she really wanted to be helpful. Every time I've seen her since, she continues to be helpful, thoughtful, and empathetic. Dr. Ward explains everything he's doing and takes time to answer questions with every visit. They won't even stay in my mouth and they are so uncomfortable they give me major headaches. He worked very closely with my orthodontist after my first dentist screwed up my teeth and helped facilitate my jaw surgery. I can't even count the number of fillings I've had (10+), so I know sedation. I never have issues with pain during the procedure and they make sure you're very comfortable- back massagers, and noise canceling headphone with music! Lastly I must mention the extra care, I have a Marilyn bridge and it fell out while eating some 10 years after I got it, and he met me on a Saturday morning to fix it!
