The estimate was accurate and the pricing was very competitive. The crew was friendly and efficient. Items were completed on time. What stood out was the flexibility. We had a couple of last-minute changes and adjustments, and Justin (the owner) handled them with a great attitude, zero pushback, and everything came together beautifully. He provided a quote and had a three-man crew at my place later that same morning. They were efficient, came in on the lower end of the quote, and kept me informed of their progress throughout the job. They even hauled away the tumbleweeds I had already pulled and bundled before realizing I couldn't manage the disposal myself. I don't have a great before photo, but the after is a huge improvement.

I got a quote for an annual cleanup that seemed reasonable. Also, he had serviced this property with the prior owner, I felt comfortable. He and his crew did half the job and I was impressed enough to agree to a monthly service. He asked if he could finish the rest of the major cleanup when he returned to perform the monthly. Again, I felt comfortable and paid him for the service and waited for his return. I have called, texted and email numerous times. He no longer takes my calls. After leaving numerous messages to give him the opportunity to make it right. I feel obligated to warn others about him. I am sure he has many clients whom he has serviced well.
