That being said, the food isn't anything spectacular, as is with any restaurant that serves a grab bag of meals. What shocked me the most - the price! CHF22.00 for a cheeseburger!? CHF24.00 for Chinese noodles or a burrito?!?! I realize things cost more in Switzerland than The States, but this is ridiculous! This food costs four times as much. In The States, we pay: - Cheeseburger (gourmet): $9.00 - Chinese Noodles: $7.50 - Burrito: $5.00 Interesting concept, Stars and Stripes, but I think I'll save my money and eat the real thing while I'm at home. It was all very greasy from the cheese. So, it's not your typical Mexican restaurant, but it's cool that they're actually educating people on what quesadilas and fajitas are! They don't know what the real thing tastes like, they wouldn't know how to reproduce it. The menu offers 30 variations on the same burger, but few real American classics. Thus if you're an American hankerin' for a taste of home, or a local with good taste in food, doubtful you'd like to spend 10+ € for a burger made from frozen meat, to support the away owners' lifestyle.
