He put my Jeep in neutral and loaded it onto his towing vehicle within literally 2 minutes. I have had other providers in previous years ask me where my tow hooks are located since I have a Grand Cherokee. Mine does not have tow hooks but allows for Jhooks to be attached to the front frame. Corey did not have to ask me how to hook up my Jeep as he knew exactly what to do. His expertise shows in how he handles himself with the customer as well as how he gets the vehicle onto the truck bed. By this time the spill is well established in my drive. Driver spread the dry as best he could with his boot. Owner said he would be over in 1.5 hours, turned in to 4 hours. Quick sweep up by owner and outta here as sun was setting. Owner has no clue how to clean up chemical spill properly. Had A REPUTABLE company complete the tow for LESS money. I'm stuck with a driveway that looks like a diesel truck parking lot. Corey promised a cleanup by a Gutter cleaning company! They're a no show. This guys a real tool. AVOID!

Matt was very rude very unhelpful. I was told they ran into unexpected issues and those issues needed to be fixed so they fixed them no call no heads up I was quoted $500. I ended up paying $1680 went to pick up the truck the following morning the original person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating with trying to negotiate a better balance price since all these things were done without my approval however the manager or owner, then came through the door and made the statement do not argue with him take the truck to our compound lock it up and he can argue it out in court. This is not a way to treat paying customers when a customer is given a quote and some thing more needs to be done a phone call needs to be made for the customers approval. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had taken my Tacoma to a popular tire place in Iowa City to have an alignment and tires mounted as I have a 3" lift on my truck, and they were willing to do it.(Archies could not due to the lift) Huge mistake! I left there with a light of low tire coming on. Took it back and they told me I needed a whole new computer panel(?)- the thing under the dash where they find what is wrong. I took it to Archies..false! I did NOT need a new item; they had loosened the wire in the back of that piece and all it needed was to be plugged back in! Archies saved me a headache and ton of money...as that was no charge as all they did was plug it back in! I highly recommend for honesty and quality service!
