They're really making huge improvements on the building, as well as adding a new deck on the back. There aren't many places for locals to go and have a beer in Papa Rock, so I'll bet people are happy for the upgrades. Dina made us some of her tacos with her fresh, homemade salsa...delicious! I'd like to buy some to go next time. Hubby eats salsa almost nightly. In the past, this bar was known as the Hon Deere and also as Sherri's. It's a huge difference now, and we'll make sure to stop in whenever we're in the area. I have to make an update because as of 8-1-19 there are a LOT of improvements to the establishment, and this is truly about the only place for locals to go. There is now a menu with plenty of options, and Dina is a great cook. I'm posting a new pic of the sign out front. On Tuesday they have a pool tournament as well as taco Tuesday! Dina makes the best tacos! Hope to see y'all there!!
