So they usually use FedEx. My simple item was delayed four times and four days only to come today ruined. Now Walmart thinks I should return the damaged item when it came in a torn up bag that can not be reused. So I keep the filthy new reading cushion and now share with the world what I complained to Walmart and FedEx about this poor service on both their customer service failure! I went in by myself the first time to see what they had. The kayaks were nice and the prices were average but the woman manager was remarkably rude. My wife and I went back together on Mother's Day to let her pick one out. The same lady manager was overtly rude again. She then argued with me that she did NOT have the kayak I had just seen there a day earlier. So I got a different associate to go get it and I bought it. I am a life long "outdoorsman". Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. I am part of the 50ish year old still very active outdoors crowd that finally has good money to spend on gear for play. I will try to tell anyone listening to go somewhere else. I was trying to ask a question about sizing on some of the jerseys, and a worker named Madeline seemed like the very idea of me trying to ask a simple question was the biggest inconvenience of her entire life. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive. I have never faced such poor customer service in my life when just trying to ask if they had any larger sizes on the jersey i wanted. When i told her it was okay and i would just look elsewhere, she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. if youre having a bad day at work, thats understandable. But you shouldnt be taking it out on your customers and talking to them like they are idiots. I have never felt more embarrassed and outraged as i am at her treatment of someone asking for something so simple. I wonder how many other people she has talked to like doing her job is the biggest inconvenience she has ever had to deal with. I visit Arkansas frequently for work, and i can guarantee you i will never be visiting this store again in the foreseeable future.
