I am writing this to warn others about the conditions and administrative negligence at this office…read more My experience over 15 months was consistently poor. The waiting room is always packed, and the wait times are extremely long--frequently much longer than the actual time spent with the provider. Once you finally get back, you are rushed through in under 15 minutes. On top of the long waits, the facility is visibly dirty and does not meet the standards of cleanliness you would expect from a medical office. The only positive part of this practice is Melissa. She is the only professional, helpful, and kind person in the building. It is a shame she is the only one there who seems to care about doing their job correctly. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaner, more attentive, and more accurate medical provider.

A few days later she was diagnosed with COVID. The home care givers that we had previously contracted with then pulled out leaving Mom alone with the nearest child six hours drive away. That's when Tommy and Gloria stepped in for our family. They were extraordinary in their willingness to help and to arrange care for my Mom even under the difficult circumstance of our Mom having COVID in the home. More importantly, Gleria, Tommy and their staff were extraordinarily compassionate and thoughtful toward our Mom and went out of their way to help our family in an extremely difficult situation. We would, without reserve recommend Tommy and Gleria for any one seeking in home care for their loved one. Thank you Tommy and Gleria from a grateful family, The Bowdens

We felt good about Tommy Anderson during his home visit and signed a contract to begin care on Monday, November 10, 2025. During our home visit with Tommy, it was emphasized several times about their extensive background checks of their caregivers and the contract even went further to say that they evaluated caregivers in other ways, such as psychological testing. The very first night, a caregiver came into our home, whom we liked immediately, but we discovered that she stole four diamond rings from my mother and my father's University of Alabama A club ring. We filed a police report and after 48 hours of me pleading and appealing to this caregiver, she returned the rings to me at my home. When we discovered that the rings were missing, we immediately did a simple Google search and found two mug shots of this caregiver and the police told us she had ten or more prior arrests, and that this company had dropped the ball. She had arrests as far back as 2021 until recent. I was told by Tommy and another employee that they did not understand why those did not show up on their background check. What an insult to my intelligence. Please beware of Home Care Assistance, because they obviously did not vet this employee at all.

Truly the worst dental office I have ever been to. I have had nothing but problems with them since…read morethey opened. First, a condescending dentist who, despite my perfect recent dental checkup with another provider, told me I needed about seven things done, apparently pay for her next vacation. Then, they were ready to drill the wrong tooth to put a filling in and I had to clear up that debacle. I needed a night guard and the dentist said she would look into that for me, but never did. Then they started sending me bills for something I had already paid for. They admitted that was their error and reimbursed me for overcharging me. I thought at that point we were even Steven, but the bills kept coming. They said my account was flagged for audit, but not to worry, my account balance is zero. But I kept getting statements. I threatened to leave the practice but the office manager assured me she would fix it. So right now I am sitting in my car in the parking lot. I pre-medicated with my antibiotics at 6:00 a.m. for my scheduled 7:00 a.m. appointment with Dr. Coln. I received appointment reminders from them. At check-in, I was told the other dentist doesn't arrive until 8:00, so can I wait an hour? I asked what that has to do with Dr. Coln. She said Dr. Coln doesn't arrive until 9:00. I asked the receptionist why they would schedule me a 7:00 a.m. appointment if the dentist doesn't arrive until 9:00. She said, "That's a good question. Actually, we usually just schedule an appointment for when you're available." So if the doctor is not here, too bad, so sad. And if you have to pre-medicate before dental visit, even more sad that you filled your body with antibiotics for no reason. This is the worst dental practice I have ever been to, with horrible dentists, horrible staff, horrible billing, and horrible management. I would not return here if it was the last dentist in Alabama.

This appears to be mostly a medical weight loss clinic at present…read more My office visit here was $60. Dr. Gray typically works here Wednesdays thru Saturdays. I have not met Dr. Hayes, but I think he is here Mondays and Tuesdays. The receptionist can tell you their current schedules. I have known Dr. Gray for about a decade, in Huntsville. He is an older doctor, and can speak Spanish well as a second language. I came to Dr. Gray because of his Life Extension training. He soon had me feeling more than ten years younger. I don't think either of these doctors would agree to be your primary care physician. But, if you're looking for something additional, such as nutritional supplements, homeopathic medicine, or naturopathic medicine, come talk to Dr. Gray. He is an M.D., who is expert in integrated medicine! If price is a big issue with you, let Dr. Gray know to discuss the cost of things up front, as some supplements and medicines can get pricey. I don't think this office files insurance claims for you. Medical/health insurance probably covers office visits, but not food supplements nor natural medicines. (Health savings plans likely cover these.)
