She ended up examining me and deciding that she needed to explore and see what was really going on in my foot. She was not expecting and had not scheduled this, however she knew I was in pain so she asked me to go have lunch and the. Come back to wait until she could fit me in. I went to lunch and when I came back I waited a little while as was expected, then she performed the procedure. She was wonderful and took care of my foot! She said she would let me make payments and not to worry that she could not leave me in that kind of pain. She did the procedure and her staff set up the payment plan. She continued to see me for follow up care while I was still working on the bill. Her staff was always very kind as well. I highly recommend her!

Everything here went very smoothly and all of the staff very very kind and helpful. Dr Williams took his time, listened to my concerns and took care of everything before I left. I know she is a great doctor because when I went to see the surgeon he told me that the doctor had talked about my case and was very concerned that I get in to see the surgeon right away. I had put off going to a podiatrist for years thinking it was for "old" people or folks with really serious foot problems. All the while being dissatisfied with salons who never were quite able to fix my ingrowns. They have never gotten infected, but were painful enough to bother me regularly. A true professional, I felt secure in Dr Tibbs care and appreciated that he explained what he was going to do and made sure the anesthesia worked properly. He has a great bedside manner which kept me at ease. The office was clean, and the staff efficient. Will recommend this practice again and again.
