During that time, one of the clinic…read moreemployees was involved in a personal criminal matter with her outside of the office, ultimately pleading guilty and entering a diversion program. After the employee became aware of my mother's identity, we later discovered through the patient portal that the employee had accessed my mother's medical records, including urine drug screen results. Shortly after court proceedings related to that criminal case, my mother was discharged from the practice and was told it was due to a "conflict of interest." We contacted the practice seeking answers regarding the employee's access to records, the circumstances surrounding additional testing, and the basis for the discharge decision. Unfortunately, rather than providing transparency and accountability, the practice's handling of the situation left us with more questions than answers. Patients deserve confidence that their medical information will be protected and that concerns involving potential conflicts of interest will be thoroughly investigated and addressed. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

I am writing this to warn others about the conditions and administrative negligence at this office…read more My experience over 15 months was consistently poor. The waiting room is always packed, and the wait times are extremely long--frequently much longer than the actual time spent with the provider. Once you finally get back, you are rushed through in under 15 minutes. On top of the long waits, the facility is visibly dirty and does not meet the standards of cleanliness you would expect from a medical office. The only positive part of this practice is Melissa. She is the only professional, helpful, and kind person in the building. It is a shame she is the only one there who seems to care about doing their job correctly. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaner, more attentive, and more accurate medical provider.

A few days later she was diagnosed with COVID. The home care givers that we had previously contracted with then pulled out leaving Mom alone with the nearest child six hours drive away. That's when Tommy and Gloria stepped in for our family. They were extraordinary in their willingness to help and to arrange care for my Mom even under the difficult circumstance of our Mom having COVID in the home. More importantly, Gleria, Tommy and their staff were extraordinarily compassionate and thoughtful toward our Mom and went out of their way to help our family in an extremely difficult situation. We would, without reserve recommend Tommy and Gleria for any one seeking in home care for their loved one. Thank you Tommy and Gleria from a grateful family, The Bowdens

We felt good about Tommy Anderson during his home visit and signed a contract to begin care on Monday, November 10, 2025. During our home visit with Tommy, it was emphasized several times about their extensive background checks of their caregivers and the contract even went further to say that they evaluated caregivers in other ways, such as psychological testing. The very first night, a caregiver came into our home, whom we liked immediately, but we discovered that she stole four diamond rings from my mother and my father's University of Alabama A club ring. We filed a police report and after 48 hours of me pleading and appealing to this caregiver, she returned the rings to me at my home. When we discovered that the rings were missing, we immediately did a simple Google search and found two mug shots of this caregiver and the police told us she had ten or more prior arrests, and that this company had dropped the ball. She had arrests as far back as 2021 until recent. I was told by Tommy and another employee that they did not understand why those did not show up on their background check. What an insult to my intelligence. Please beware of Home Care Assistance, because they obviously did not vet this employee at all.
