I am crying writing this review. If I could give it zero starts I would.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a massage place. It started out with me placing a call for a 1-hour table massage. I go in and was laying on the table for at least 10 minutes before someone came in through the smallest curtain that exposes you at the right angle since they don't touch the walls at the ends. She started out by literally just pushing me and shaking me. After 10 minutes of this, I told her I'm done and I wanted to leave because I wasn't enjoying it. She then said, "No, no lets just go to the oil." So I gave her a chance and did that. This was even worse. This woman used her iron thumbs to press into my JOINTS and on my hip bones. Basically everywhere that there was no muscle. It was like she thought all of my bones were knots but they CLEARLY were not. It was so painful. So, 10 minutes into the massage I tell her, "Can I just do 30 minutes instead of an hour?" and she says "Just 30 minutes?" and I said yes and she nods and continues.
A while passes and I'm still having the worst experience of pokes and prods and shaking and shoving. No massage whatsoever. I look at her and say "This is a long 30-minute massage." and she just nods and laughs. I started to get worried at this point. Then a woman CAME INTO THE ROOM while I was EXPOSED and I looked up as she was leaving and she had flung the curtain aside and I could plainly see the hallway. If someone was in that hallway they would've seen me exposed and at that point I should've left. After this, she starts massaging my stomach which was super painful because she was using her thumbs and PRESSING into my stomach. She then stuck her pinkies IN MY EARS (I'm not kidding) and pressed super hard, then pressed with all her strength on my temples. Even after I made a face of pain she didn't stop. After we finished the torture, we go to the front and on the way I can see into the rooms and a man getting massaged and I am immediately uncomfortable again. We get to teh register and she said, "Okay $120 for 90 minutes." I am appalled. I knew the massage seemed long but I thought she was doing a little extra time to be nice or something (I was also distracted by the pain) since it seemed she confirmed with me that we were only doing 30 minutes, but they ADDED 30 minutes to my original 1 hour instead of taking it off. I told her I'm not paying that because I asked for only 30 minutes and they proceeded to argue with me and close the doors and stand by them so I couldn't leave if I wanted to. The situation because hostile and I was the most uncomfortable I have ever been. I asked if I could pay $100 which is more than the difference between the two prices and they refused to let me do that. So, starting to tear up out of fear, I gave them my card and paid the full price. They gave me the check to sign as I feel my face turning red and they just chuckled at me. Once I left, I immediately burst out crying. DO NOT GO HERE. I am traumatized. read more
