There's a lot of broccoli al dente, a number of scallops, some shrimp and (this I don't like) surimi. That's fake crab, and this was particularly mushy. Most Chinese take-outs don't offer pad thai, but since "HKAC" does, we gave it a try. I think it tastes more like pad see ew, which I prefer over pad thai. They cram a lot into the container with more noodles than we would eat even over two days. We still agree this place is a tad better in some regards than take-outs that are closer.
