She looked at the place, we agreed to do business and then we met at a tile shop to go over materials. There were a variety of missteps, including the tile selection, but the most inconvenient was that for the countertop she recommended a style of quartz that, as it turned out, was sold only in large slabs. We needed a small piece. Most of what the store offered came only in large slabs. When time was of the essence because of the contractor's schedule, we ended up going to a remnant dealer and making a selection from what was on hand. Overall, Karen showed a lack of attention to detail and seemed to disregard the financial "allowances" set by our contractor. I'd have posted this review sooner, but did not know she was on Yelp.
