Like many other chemists, it does struggle a little to match the prices of the supermarkets for the products that used to be their income- hair gel, shampoo and the like, but this shop does have an interesting range of fragrances and just about enough home first aid material to make it a one-stop shop. Being quite a serious store- the adverts on the counter are for diabetic products, a subject that the staff seem to know very well- it lacks many of the alternative remedies that are so common. Apart from it being my local chemist, it is a good place to pick up anything medical, as they know their stuff and work rapidly.

That left me ridiculously annoyed and in the end, my order always seems to have appeared out of thin air....I really don't understand how they are operating their collection service at this particular branch. Not a bad Boots for picking up the essentials, but I would recommend using the Click & Collect service at a different branch unless you want to be standing about waiting on someone finding your order for 10/15 minutes.
