Lawerence picked up our dryer on November 3rd to fix it. He required a $150 service fee up front (which we paid) and took the dryer with him. He told us it would be 3-5 days for us to get it back. However, now a month later and we have not received the dryer. Throughout the month he would not respond to our phone calls or texts giving any updates, but Would immediately answer if we called from someone else's phone. He told us 4 different dates that he would be there to install it before the end of the day, but refused to give an actual time, and then never showed. Didn't give us a phone call or reason why, just completely MIA. When we could get through to him with other phones he would give us different stories as to where it was or if it was fixed or not fixed, and we're still not sure what the truth is. I'm so disappointed that this happened to us, especially Around the holidays, and I hope this review will help someone else to not make the same mistake we did.
