They stole our deposit and charged us for normal wear and tear and the carpet that was ruined by the wall flooding every day for god knows how long, then ghosted us when we disputed. If not for them alone this issue would have been escalated much further than it had been. Upon hearing our concerns regarding our first month in the complex they have gone well above the standard and made things right. More than I can say for their bosses that like to sit out of sight and out of mind, and never bothered to reach out to us or take our calls. So if your supervisors see this, please give both of these ladies a raise or more help in the office to get caught up on what I have a feeling is piles of backed up work that you just shoved onto them because of poor planning that they now have to take the brunt of.. but again, massive kudos to the ladies in the office for helping us out and securing us a more than adequate offer to transfer units so that this unit we were in can get the work it needs so some other new tenant down the line doesn't have to go through what the past tenants have. Bringing the stars up ONLY because of how helpful Mia and Myrah have been this whole time. * If there was a way to give 0 stars right now I absolutely would. We haven't been moved in for just over a month and it has been nothing but problem after problem after problem at this complex. We were moved into a lower unit that is listed here to have experienced these issues already, and since we have moved in I have had to clean disgusting carpets that were not cleaned prior to us moving in (after seeing their review it makes sense from this slumlord looking property) I have had constant issues with a faulty electrical panel that after a professional came to inspect and correct recommend it be fully replaced as it was "scorched, shoddy, and a potential fire hazard" that keeps tripping if I use a toaster and a phone charger in my kitchen at the same time... we have been battling a constant presence of German Roaches that pre-dated our move in which points to a prior infestation left untreated which have still been dealing with to this day, and are now at the point of wanting to break contract because it feels like we were placed in a filthy unit that was not properly cleaned and prepped just so they could STEAL our money from us. Not to mention the fact that we pay for access to a gated community to park in but I haven't seen the gate work since I moved in. So if your cars get broken into here don't expect much else since they can't provide that simple amenity. If ownership even has the STONES to reach out to me, you can read this review and you can show up down here to talk to me. I'm serious, I would love to point out every little thing you need to fix, and I would truly like to re-discus our contract before I discern there is a course for legal action.. Anyways, if you're looking for a first place (or any place for that matter) PLEASE look elsewhere. I can't stress that enough, because it feels like the parent company is just a bunch of patchwork slum jockeys who just want to take your money. For everyone's viewing pleasure, please refer to just a sample of what my first month of this apartment has looked like. I'm sure everyone would love to be dealing with roaches everyday they wake up or come home from work right??? Anyway, ball is in your court evRIA. And I'm only the first of two tenants you got in here that would love to discuss this. Because my review was tame, my other half... well good luck..

We can't speak highly enough of our experiences with Denise Wendland. In every way, we were…read morefortunate to have someone who partnered with us to achieve: - Sale of our home at Full Asking Price. - Listed and Under Contract within 15 Days. - Aggressively resolved issues with Buyers/Appraisal/H&S Repairs. To note, when we listed our sale with Denise, there were four other homes within the neighborhood for sale. These other homes were more or less identical to ours and had been listed for over 60 to 130 days. For me, I was worried that our home would never sell without steep asking price reductions based on the inventory. I listened to her recommendation, for the listing price, and reviewed her market comp analysis, which was expertly written. Her list price garnered immediate interest from Buyers and we were soon under contract, within 15 days of listing. Moreover, as issues arose, she would call to not just inform me about what was going on, but, with information about what she was already doing to fix it. That's one of the many great qualities about Denise. When there is an issue or something that needs doing, she is already two steps ahead of it. You don't have to ask her to do anything; you can trust her to know that she's already working on what you need. You can see her professionalism in everything that she does. The photography and staging of the home are meticulous. Of all the listings in the area, her photographs were second to none. In fact, the way she presented our home looked so good, that even I was shocked at how nice the place could look. In screening buyers, she is sharp and reviews everything in detail. Moreover, our transaction had some complex issues that almost arose concerning the appraisal (our buyers were using a VA loan) as well as some required health and safety repairs. I cannot begin to explain the sharpness, determination, and professionalism of how she dealt with everything. Issues that I know would have killed a deal, for any other realtor, were quickly and deftly dealt with by Denise. Most importantly, she handled every issue in such a way that it never affected our bottom-line/net proceeds. I have given a lot of thought to all the work she put into this and it really is exceptional what she achieved. Denise Wendland is a true partner, advisor, and real estate expert. We are repeat customers of hers and, in every deal, she has helped our family achieve the financial goals we set out on. Moreover, she has exceeded all of our expectations. Did I mention that our sale price is the new high, for the neighborhood? That's how great she is.

Denise Wendland is a fantastic real estate agent!…read more We just sold a rental home in San Jacinto. We chose Denise to handle the sale based on her excellent Yelp reviews, and she did an absolutely wonderful job! We have been landlords for many years, and we have learned that the key to selling a home is to find the best realtor in the area. We live in San Diego, and we didn't know anyone in the Hemet-San Jacinto area, so we did what we always do when out-of-town: consult Yelp! Denise has excellent reviews, of course; we read every one. We first phoned Denise on New Years Eve and made an appointment to walk through the property with her. She immediately sent us a market analysis of comps to help with pricing. When we met Denise at the house, we were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Having rented the home for years, we were uncertain as to what upgrades or repairs might be needed, so we really appreciated having her point out what needed attention and what didn't. It did need a little cleaning; we asked if she knew anyone we could call. She arranged the carpet cleaning for us, and she cleaned some special items herself! She explained "that's how I run my business": definitely "above and beyond"! Thank you so much, Denise! Denise did some nice staging and had beautiful photos taken for the listing. She made the house sparkle! We really appreciated her attention to detail. A week later we accepted a solid offer at over listing price! Denise handled all the inspections, arranged some termite remediation work, and kept everything moving along. All the while, she kept us informed by email, phone and text. All paperwork was handled digitally, except notarization of closing docs, which we handled in San Diego, so we never needed to make another trip to Hemet (a three-hour round trip for us). We have never had a sale go as smoothly and easily as this one! Denise, thank you so much!
