When I had a complaint, he kept putting me off for weeks, and when he finally showed up he was almost four hours late. I wish I'd read the other reviews, because it seems there is a definite pattern to the way he does business. Even though he was paid directly he contracts out the work then says it's not his problem when there's an issue.
