I was getting quotes from everywhere and running out of money getting the most necessary done. Roofing and siding was an afterthought. Grant called after 6 months asking if I was still needing him and all I could say was I didn't have the cash and he let me know could always reach out when I was ready. Eight months later I called him and it was like we just talked the day before! He even had the original notes he had taken when we first discussed my needs and the worries I had!! For a business to keep records on a project they don't even have a contract for for over a year told me that Grant values each person who contacts him, cares about their business and WANTS to provide customers with exactly what they want. The homes roof had been replaced 5 years prior, and Grant said that they could put another layer on and save me money while sealing any issues that might be underneath but I was worried about the boards of the deck layer being rotted. We settled on a price to tear off the existing shingles and expose the decking, replace any bad boards found as well as replace underlayment and shingles. I talked about the way the fascia looked like it was in poor shape as well and that i was thinking about getting new siding and gutters as well and Grant offered to give me a quote on that too. After looking at what materials he uses, comparing to other quotes and material specifications, Grant again came in under most and left me feeling that North Coast Builders could offer me affordable pricing and consistency in workmanship. Once materials were ordered things moved quickly. Once materials were delivered it was a matter of days before the crew arrived to start. In one day I had a new roof with rotted boards replaced, new underlayment, shingles and new roof vents installed replacing eave vents I requested be covered over. Fascia had been fixed or replaced, and readied for gutters. Weather held up installation of those for a day, but once the rain cleared gutters were installed in a day as well (even though it was a Saturday!). The next week held more, with siding taking a couple of days. I was very impressed that any mess was cleaned up as they went along and at the end of each day the crew walked around the house to make sure everything was neat and tidy. Whenever I had a question or concern Grant was just a phone call away and addressed things quickly and to my satisfaction. At the beginning of this project Grant had given me a brochure showcasing projects North Coast Builders had completed, and in the end I felt like the work they did on my home was showcase quality as well and ready to be added to their catalog. I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

He was there and measured the 9'6'' width and I dug down 8'' right in front of him from the pine tree and hit no roots. All they had to do was put the form where the excavator (foreman of the job marked it. (9'6'') and the apron 10' which some how got changed to 8' !!! . Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. THEY OWE ME 600 dollars over charge, plus I`d like my receipt paid in full, that I requested several times. They claimed they were the best around ! I beg to differ !! Don D.

We were repeatedly told "you're next" and "within weeks," but dates slipped with no firm schedule. In June 2025--nearly a year after paying--they were still saying we were "next." Key facts: - Deposit (July 2024): Months of "paperwork is submitted" messages, yet we never received a permit number or proof of submittal/approval. In Jan 2025 we were told paperwork had been submitted "yesterday," contradicting prior assurances. - Permitting (Winter-Spring 2025): The City issued adjudication orders and the permit was not approved until May 2025--~10 months after signing. (We can provide documentation if needed.) - No on-site work (through July 2025): Despite promises of a March start, there was still no crew on site and no schedule we could rely on. - Shell left exposed: The fiberglass shell sat outside uncovered for months with no start date in sight. We ultimately had them drop the shell at our property while we hired another installer to complete the project. Bottom line: After 13 months, aside from dropping the shell at our home, no installation work was performed. Communication was pleasant at times, but pleasant texts don't build pools. We would not hire again and do not recommend.
