Awful experience working with Karen Towne. Not ONE word from her the entire time my house was on the market (beginning of August-end of December). I had to email asking what I needed to do to finally get her to respond, then she passed most of the communication to her associate, Lori. Lori was nice, but was not much better about communicating with me or HELPING ME GET MY HOUSE SOLD! They never changed the sign in front to read "Under Contract", I had to tell her to take dupe pics off the listing, I had to make the suggestions about price reduction to sell, and I had to do all the work in the end. It sat for months without any interest and I finally had to tell them I do not want to work with you. Fortunate for them, it sold within the last 30 day period they required notice. I hate that they got any commission from me for doing ZERO work. Karen also NEVER said "congrats" or anything after the house sold!!! (Her employee came to my closing). Unbelievably bad all around. When it comes to rating Donna Norris's performance as our Real Estate Agent the word perfect is an understatement. She was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions as we made our way through the process of selling our house. She was on top of the trends in the local market and gave us excellent advice regarding the pricing, staging, and marketing of the property. We were very pleased with the result. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Was working with one real estate agent who was taking days to get back to me on anything. Work with the other real estate agent who was kind enough to return a text message after I sent an email and didn't get a response. So they would give me a call one to two it was 4:30 then I heard anything and was going to put me off until the next day. There are many many more Realtors I would suggest picking any of them before choosing this one. read more
