My parents got a pizza/calzone each (supreme and chicken bacon ranch). The amount of cheese on the pizza is awesome. I regret not getting a pizza, but the sizes are huge. I was only in town for one more day, so leftovers wouldn't have been ideal. They were fairly quick with the pickup with us calling ahead and waiting about 20-30 minutes. We mentioned our issue to a worker at the counter, they apologized and said they'd talk to the manager. They came back a minute later and went above and beyond to make things right. I've been on both sides of customer service and have had many times where the business did little or nothing to make up for a problem. We had a MINOR issue, and when we left, my daughter and I said we almost felt guilty because they went so far out of their way to make up for the issue. My Summary... The food was great, one of the best pizzas we've found. The staff, and the manager or owner who handled our issue made us feel cared for.
