If I could give a negative five-star review, I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever…read morehad with an insurance company. Their commercials may be entertaining, but don't be fooled--everything seems fine until you actually need their help. After my accident with a deer, I was informed that my policy included 30 days of car rental coverage. However, the body shop told me that the part needed for my car was on indefinite backorder. When I reached out to my insurance company, they simply reminded me that I would be responsible for the rental costs once the 30 days were up--no exceptions, no flexibility. So I had no vehicle for two of the three months while my car was being repaired. To make matters worse, the deer hit my front bumper and front tire area, yet they refused to cover the cost of replacing the damaged tire, claiming it wasn't part of the accident. How does that make any sense when it's the only tire that was damaged in the exact spot of impact? This company does everything possible to avoid paying claims and making things right for their customers. It's clear they prioritize their profits over their policyholders. I regret ever signing up with them, and if I never see one of their commercials again, it'll be too soon.

After the first time it happened I requested them cancel the automatic payments. 2nd month, same thing. Overdrawn account. PLUS I WAS CHARGED FOR A CAR I DIDN'T EVEN OWN. Requested AGAIN for automatic payments to be canceled. Was assured it would be canceled. Took 3 weeks to get my money refunded via check. 3rd month.... OVERDRAFT again. This was on April 21st. Called Kevin, mailbox was full. Big surprise. He texted me and said he was on a conference call and asked what I needed. I explained my situation and told him I wanted to cancel my policy. My money was refunded in 3 days. Not 3 weeks like last time. Imagine that! I was then mailed a letter stating that I was being canceled due to non payment. So now he makes ME look like the bad guy!
