Javier was crew chief and came over to power wash on Monday while checking the condition of the siding and work requirements. Then 7 am Monday right on time, he brought a big crew of six to prep all areas for painting, paint, touch up, clean up. Javier asked me questions along the way to make sure the job was getting done to my understanding, he walked me through the job at the end. What a stellar company and crew! They were not the lowest quote. But from the start of the quote and communication process, it was clear that they would do a careful and excellent job and stand behind what they do. They painted the interior of our last home in 2018, stained a deck for us in 2020, and painted the interior of the new construction home we've lived in for just over a year. Each time they have responded to our inquiry promptly, communicated clearly regarding job pricing, timing, and expectations, and completed the work on (or ahead of) schedule. I was expected to remove pictures and anything else attached to the walls, and the crew handled outlet plates, blinds, and everything else. They were efficient, polite, and we are extremely pleased with the results. For all three jobs, we've found the pricing to be competitive and everyone from the estimators to the project managers to the crews have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy with the work.
