We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Jeff at Colorado Custom Basements. In an…read moreindustry where customer service is often overlooked or undervalued, Jeff truly shines. From the very beginning, it was clear how much he cares about his customers and about delivering a great result. Jeff was extremely transparent upfront about the budget and clearly explained where we had choices to go higher or lower. That honesty meant our expectations were spot-on as the project moved forward. There were no surprises, and the project was delivered on time and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent, and communication throughout the process was very strong. They also pushed when needed to help us hit important deadlines around the holidays, which we really appreciated. Just as important, the subcontractors were kind, professional, and respectful. Even though a basement remodel is a major disruption in your home, the entire experience was smooth and positive from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Colorado Custom Basements more highly. If you're considering a basement remodel, put them at the top of your list.

He also is a great communicator, is pro-active, goes the extra mile, and does what he says he will do! We had many unexpected issues pop up in our kitchen and bath re-model as our condo is in a very old building PLUS we were on a tight timeline as we had folks coming to stay at our condo and Matt somehow managed to work thru it all and meet our deadline. (He may have gained a few gray hairs but he did it!!) We live in Charleston, SC - so we were 2000+ miles away while the renovation was going on and had complete confidence in his work. He was always available to anwser questions and always was so professional and easy to talk to. We cannot recommend Matt enough! We wish we could replicate him here in SC!!!

Erik worked alongside his son and an apprentice, and all three were incredibly kind, polite, and easy to have in our home, even with kids around. I felt completely comfortable and trusted them enough to leave them alone in the house. They worked quickly but carefully and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. They went out of their way to minimize wall damage, including crawling through crawlspaces just to avoid unnecessary repairs. The work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully done. Erik's pricing was shockingly fair- about a quarter of what other electricians quoted us, and the quality was truly excellent. I was so impressed that I ended up giving them additional work on the spot. Honest, respectful, and hardworking. This is the kind of electrician you hope to find, and we'll definitely be calling Erik again.
