After calling Electrolux, they referred me to Appliance Tech. He vacuumed out gallons of water before he could even look inside the washer. Look at all the lint in the filter! Holy cow--no wonder it wouldn't work. It took very little time for the job & he didn't leave a mess in the laundry room. This is a family-owned business that fixes most major brands. I'm so happy to have found a reliable, honest technician. If you want the job done right the first time, this is your guy!

I needed to purchase the new top as it was an accident, however I needed a experienced repair person. Walla I was so lucky that my warranty people hired Appliance Tech namely Paul. They sent him to me and the rest is history. He was here on schedule replaced the top in just a few minutes. I want you to know it was a wonderful experience for me as I have had serious problems with another company that could care less about taking care of another problem which is under warranty. I highly recommend Paul and his company Appliance Tech, I have asked my warranty people to change my tech for my warranty problem to Appliance Tech, because when you call they answer the phone and respond accordingly. I will always call Appliance Tech for any problems in the future. Lynn S

I wait to long for his return call and we had over $300 worth of food spoil. I wouldn't trust Earl to change the kitty litter (if I had a cat.) He'd spill it, then not clean it up.

No Problem. It worked for possibly 2 weeks. Called the Mgt. co And again they contacted Earl. Since this happewned on a Friday at 5:15, he was supposed to come on Monday between 8 and noon. Finally called at 330 to say he wasn't coming and asked me to diagnose it. I told him it was his job. He called me a "Jackass" and further informed me and the management company that he would not ever come to our rental. They stood behind him as A "kindly, sweet man; the calmest person ever." Well, that is not the case. Earl is close to retirement. No time too soon in our estimation. Just beware of an incompetent, rude individual. BTW, our refrigerator has not been running since June 26th, after Earl supposedly repared it. We cannot get anywhere with Gemstone Properties/Sky Ridge Development! As you know I rented and actually it was not a bad smell it was a wash plate that needed replacement for debris I'm not sure you have your customers straight either haha. Maybe get a better CRM system. You came out PAID AND THEN TOLD ME I HAD TO PURCHASE A CLEANER THAT NOT ONLY DID NOTHING YOU DID NOTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE. You don't work for free or for pay it seems. you can't fix a lightbulb. You threatened me on the phone. You never reached out to the property to come back out or schedule again I had to reach out to my property manager who is awesome multiple times. Then after telling me the solution would be the fix for sure you said nothing worked. Needless to say another company came out and got it fixed first try for half your price to just move a sock and tell me what to purchase lol. You and your company are a joke. Not only is David incompetent he is a scam. I had him called out for a wash plate that was needing replaced and he and his pal he showed up late with did nothing but tell me to purchase a cleaner that did as much as his pal did. I called to tell him and he not only argued with me but then threatened me on the phone. Hands down most unprofessional human I've ever met. Needless to say another tech later through a different company and it was fixed. Don't use this guy if you need something done however if you want a sock removed from behind your dryer for $200 this is the clown act for you.
