Edwin then insisted that I called at 12:29pm, which I did not. I checked my outgoing calls. No calls were made at all today. My parents also had not called him. I asked. At this point, I thought it must be a scam. So I responded, "Fake news." We just purchased a home and discovered that the upstairs shower and sink were experiencing…read moreintermittent periods of low water pressure combined with periods of 5 to 15 seconds when the water flow seems to completely stop. I selected Drainman because of the strong ratings on Yelp, and I was very happy with the outcome of the repair. Mike Ammouri, the very friendly and knowledgeable owner, came to our home to diagnose the problem on a Sunday... which was amazing in itself. Mike went through a series of troubleshooting tests to determine that the pressure in the old part of our house was fine. He also looked at the plumbing lines going into the new part of the house where the upstairs shower and sink are located, and he reported that everything looked fine. That left the water tank itself. He went upstairs with me and we conducted a few tests and he then concluded that our water holding tank was too small, thereby causing the pump to cycle on and off. It was during those cyclings that we were experiencing the severe drop down in water flow. He came out on a Sunday, provided what seemed to be an accurate diagnosis, he charged me nothing, and he's going to provide a quote for the work. On top of that, I got a new showerhead thrown in for free.
