    BUYER BEWARE Don't think you're getting a bargain on a clearance item. I paid more for the final sale item with a no return policy. Clearance area is a joke.

    I'm still not sure what exactly is the difference between HomeGoods and HomeSense. They are both TJX stores(Marshalls, TJMaxx, Sierra Trading), and are in the same shopping center, but seem to have a lot of the same stuff. HomeSense has a bit more decor options such as lighting (including chandeliers), a huge selection of rugs, chairs, tables, sofas, etc, but I've seen those things at some of the bigger HomeGoods too. I don't really see the need for two separate stores, especially right next to each other, but maybe TJX is rethinking what they want to sell at each store. That rant aside, I like shopping at HomeGoods, therefore I like this store. They have some cool things, a great, interesting, food section, and good prices. They lost a star because it is really tight! I had my son in his stroller, not even a shopping cart, and it was tough maneuvering. There isn't enough room in the aisle for someone to be looking at an item on a shelf while someone else is walking past with a cart. Cramped quarters aside, it's a nice store for home decor.

    Nice, huge store BUT it's an overpriced Home Goods, imo. Lots of selection but still pricey to me, even the clearance stuff which was few and far between. Staff was present but could be friendlier. Synopsis: it's cheaper than retail but more expensive than Home Goods.

    While the rest of the staff is pleasant, manager 'John' is unfriendly and unhelpful. Go somewhere else that cares.

Like, this has been a uniquely terrible experience. We worked with Judy to purchase a mattress back in November. Mattress is great, that is not the problem here. There are many problems. First, after specifically telling Judy we did not want a power base with our mattress, we were charged for one and were sent one along with our mattress. Of course I did not sign for the base, but it took two months and multiple calls hemming and hawing before the refund finally went through. But that was just the beginning. We placed a significant deposit on the mattress and financed the rest through R&F's financing set up. DO NOT DO THIS! Since financing, there have been two separate charges of over $2,000 placed on my finance plan for purchases I DID NOT MAKE. OVER $4,400 IN CHARGES AGAINST MY CREDIT THROUGH NO PURCHASES OF MY OWN. I have make six calls over a month to get these charges removed, but NOBODY can find them. They have no idea what I am talking about. I have called the credit service they use, spoken with R&F customer service and spoken with three different representatives at this specific (East Hanover) location. Nobody has any idea where these charges came from and have been NO HELP at all in getting them removed. At one point I received an email saying an initial $2,000+ charge would be refunded, but instead, that same charge was CHARGED AGAIN to my account. And after spending an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved today, still NOTHING from their team aside from "we've sent an email to our charging company to find out more information." IT HAS BEEN A MONTH WITH NO UPDATES AND MORE THAN $4,000 IN GHOST CHARGES AGAINST MY CREDIT. Again, a truly, uniquely awful experience with Raymour & Flanigan and this location. Never again. Highly, highly recommend anyone interested in making a significant purchase go elsewhere. Awful.

    I had their service people come out ages ago to look at our sectional and my recliner that we…read morepurchased in the beginning of this year. The usb port had stopped working on the sectional. The arm of the recliner was sinking like it didn't have enough padding or the padding in it was of poor quality. The service person basically ignored my complaint about the recliner arm saying there was nothing he could do about it. The other arm on the recliner is fine and so are the ones on the sectional. This is unacceptable that the one arm looks terrible. The service person said he would order a replacement usb port. It has been months and I keep calling and they always have trouble finding my service order and then say someone will get back to me when they finally find it. I want my recliner and sectional both fixed!
