I can go on for days about this place. 1st off, our refrigerator did not work from the time we arrived until the time we left. We checked in Tuesday and checked out Sunday I call the maintenance department 7 times and was told that some one was on the way. They did send a repair person out 6 pm Thursday (2 days later)after thanksgiving dinner. The repair person told us that he would have to order a part and it would be there in 5 days (smh) We had to purchase dry ice to put in the Refrigerator to keep hundreds dollars of food cool we purchase when we arrived. Unfortunately that did not go well so we had to throw the food away.. Secondly, The house was false advertised. The website tells you that there are 2 master suits on first floor and 4 rooms on second floor, but that's not true. There's no master suits on the 1st floor at all just a standard room with a shared bathroom. I mention that to the lady and they replied that they just changed their website and it was a mistake. I told her that we upgrade to that home because we had people that couldn't use the stair. She said she would get back with me on that but we're still waiting. WE PAID A LOT MORE FOR THAT HOUSE, BECAUSE I CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT HOW THE LAY OUT WAS. I EXPLAIN TO TO THEM WHY I NEEDED ROOMS DOWNSTAIRS Third: The Water did not work in the kitchen sink or the 2nd floor Master Suit for 2 days. That was another thing that they said they where coming to fix, but no one showed, so my brother when to Walmart and bought something to fix the Sink in the kitchen but the sink in the bathroom ever go repaired. Fourth: We paid to have the pool warm and it takes 24 hours to work but for some reason they did not come until Wednesday afternoon when we stepped out to grab something to eat. Therefore the pool wasn't ready until Thursday afternoon, mind you they never went inside to check the other things. They came only to turn the heater on for the pool. Fifth: There's a code to get in the house, but on Wednesday the code stop working and we had to leave the siding door unlock just so we could get back in if we wanted to go somewhere. Or someone would have to stay behind for safety reasons. The bylaws tell you that there's no parking in the streets but that's not true. Horrible customer service I booked and stayed a House in Kissimmee/Orlando, FL. Very nice property but they never refunded my pet deposit. It has been over a year and still no refund. Also they do not provide garbage bags or toilet paper at their properties. There was one bag in the kitchen and half rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. They also request you start a load of bed sheets prior to departure but they don't give you the soap. This means that the last person who rented possibly ran a load of bed sheets without soap. I'll never stay at one of their properties again. read more

We booked a large home from Homeforuu for 20 people in Orlando. The pics must have been years ago when house was lbrand new. The house was terrible! No bar stools, not enough dishes/silverware. Carpets and walls filthy. Mattresses terrible. We felt like we were totally taken advantage of with this rental. read more

I booked and paid for a stay in December. Unfortunately I had to cancel. I paid in full. On the site it said that it was a free cancellation before Nov 12th. Yet they charged me $187.00. Absolutely ridiculous!! I do not recommend renting with this company as they are shady!! read more

Horrible!! They cancelled my reservation During Hurricane Irma so I made another hotel reservation. After complaining to Expedia, Homes4uu offered to reinstate my reservation but I had already evacuated to Tampa. They refused to refund $760 I had paid. Then they lied to Expedia again stating I Cancelled. I have their emails to prove they canceled not me. Beware of this company. They took advantage of me during a mandatory evacuation. SHAME. If you are thinking about renting from this place...DONT!!! We booked reservations for BERMUDA VILLA home rental and let me just say the pictures that you see online are VERY deceiving. This place was a dump. We booked this place for July 9th-12 because we wanted to go on a small get-a-way so we thought staying at a home would be better a better option due to the corona virus. This house was nasty,sheets was not cleaned,ants and ant baits everywhere,stove was filthy,hair and a bug was in one of the beds,TVs did not work in some of the bedrooms and the furniture looked like it came from the goodwill. This place cost us $811.00 to stay there and we wanted our money back!!! I spoke with Lisa that worked in the office and she was not much of a help...after speaking with her office manager they only gave me $150.00 and told me that I could get a discount on my next stay. WE WON'T BE STAYING WITH HOMES4UU EVER AGAIN! LESSON LEARNED! read more

I have never written a review before, but our recent experience renting a vacation villa from homes 4 u was so terrible, that I felt I had to warn others about this company. This company claims to pride itself on customer service, but that is a joke. My husband and I sent in the required fee to secure a home from 12/22-12/29, 2012. We needed a place that would accomodate 10-12 people as we were having extended family members from different states coming to the home. About three weeks before we were to arrive we were sent an email stating that the owner of the home that we had picked out had decided to use his home for the holiday season and that we would be moved to another comparable home. The customer service representative told us that since were were so close to the Christmas holidays that there was very little inventory left and that the company had 1 five bedroom home left. She also told us that this home rented for a little more than what we had paid, but that were going to "give it to us for the same price." At first little warning bells went off in my head, because I wondered why, if this home was so wonderful, it was still availble this late in the year, but I ignored it because plane tickets had already been purchased and it was too late in the game to try to find another company. We arrived at the house on 12/22 and the home was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely spacious. We got ourselves settled and because it was so late we simply unpacked and went to bed. The next morning is when our homes 4 u hell started. Problem # 2: The pool heat that we paid in advance for was not working. The temperature of the water was frigid. My husband called the customer service number and was told that the pool heat wouldn't work until the temperature outside was above 55 degrees. We accepted that and we waited until the next day. The outside temperature was 68 degrees and the water was again frigid. We called again and the customer service representative informed us that the house manager would be out the next morning (12/24) to check. Of course we did not see this house manager until 12/26 at which time we were told 1-the pool heat is working, this is just the temperature of the water and (in the same breath) that is why I always tell people that they would be wasting their money if they order pool heat this time of year because the outside temperature won't get warm enough for the pool to be useful. She eventually agreed to refund our money for the pool so we were satisfied Problem #3 (the biggest problem) Bedbugs! On 12/24 I laid down to take a nap and awoke to find a brown bug crawling across my pillow.I immediately went to get my husband who captured the bug and called the customer service rep. D.M. told us that because it was the holidays no one would be able to get out to the house until after Christmas, so we would have to deal with it until then. Later that night my husband and I were run out of the very beautiful master bedroom because of more bedbugs. We slept on the couches in the den. At around 8am on 12/26 D.M. showed up at our door to look at the problem. We didn't have to show her pictures of the bugs because as soon as she pulled back the mattress cover, one jumped out at her. She then looked us in the eye and said that the bug on the bed was "not a bedbug!" We immediately asked to be moved to another comparable home (we had my elderly in-laws and my small children in this house with us) and she said that she would need to talk to "higher ups" to see if that would be possible. We got a call a few hours later and was told that pest control had been out to the house and had only found one bedbug. She said that they would look for another 5 bedroom home and get back to us. My husband put in another call several hours later and we were given the address to another home that they were willing to put us in and we were told that we would be given a $100 credit for our trouble. This would have been sufficient if the home that they were trying to put us in wasn't old, musty, dirty and in a questionable neighborhood. The home was also much smaller than the home we paid for. We refused to go to the home and were told we would be given the money for the three remaining days back (a total of $894) and we could find somewhere else to stay. Good luck trying to house 10 people for three days in Orlando for $894. We had no choice but to stay in the home and sleep on couches for the last three days. The owner sent two representatives with a waiver that we signed and we happily left on 12/29. Please stay away from this company! read more

I looked at all the pictures they had online and was hooked but the house we got looked abandoned when we pulled up. The house was clean and looked decent when we walked in but the but the outside and the pool area was below standards. It rained pretty hard one evening and we could hear water drops hitting the ceiling in the master bedroom. Also the master bedroom bed frame was very cheap and just sitting on the bed, it sound as if it was going to fall apart. My husband slept one day in it and his back hurt for the rest of the trip. Kitchen was nice and it had all the items I needed to cook meals but there are no storage containers, so you should buy some when you go grocery shopping. The dinning furniture was also very cheap and the two benches on both sides of the table felt like they were going to break. It was nice to have a washer and dryer but every house has those. You can't park in the garage which was a headache because it gets so hot in July, it would've been nice to get in a cooler car! Once we left this house we stayed at Westgate down the street we thought it was going to be really nice because of the waterpark , Hell this place is horrible dying to go back to the house now. The only plus side to Westgate.....the beds are 1 million times more comfortable than the house! read more

I am a repeat guest of Homes4uu and I just returned from my vacation and we absolutely LOVED IT! The home was beautiful, clean, and convenient to the parks! My children just loved having a private pool at the home and the community facilities with a playground were great!! The staff was also very helpful and provided great customer service! We will most definitely be returning as we do every year!! read more
