I have a contractors' warranty stating money back if not 100% satisfied. The contract/proposal was signed in Dec of 2021. for an estimate of $52,545.90. The work was to have started in July/August of 2022. Due to contractor problems it didn't start until Sept 2022. Completed the end of Jan 2023. We were told 12 weeks to completion. Andres (owner) did offer a $2000 discount because of timeliness but it still shows as remaining balance. During the walk thru we listed all items that needed to be fixed. During the last 18 months most were slowly fixed with the exception of the kitchen floor and the sink drains. The owner Andrew Mossman has said it will get fixed, In January of this year he told me he was going out of business and to please be patient as he would get it all fixed before he closed down. I have all the records of emails, texts that I received. He finally text me after I asked for my money back to say he was waiting on the flooring contractor to let him know when he could fix my floor. the flooring contractor came and said he would get back to Andrew. I haven't heard anything further to any of my emails or texts. I gave him until the end of April for contact but no response.
