I confronted the company owner about this and told him that I wanted my property back. He told me that would pay for the property's value and that the person responsible would no longer be working there. I received a check for $85 for the FireSticks. They also damaged two drawers from an antique desk from England. The owner took these drawers and had them repaired satisfactorily. The point is, they should have been more careful and the drawers should have been taken out and wrapped in shrink wrap and blankets so they would not fall out when the desk was picked up. Also, when the repaired drawers were finally delivered to me, the owner brought along the employee that I believe stole the FireSticks from me! He was obviously never let go! The man is a thief and a con man! The owner is a sincere guy when he is giving you a quote for moving, he wants your business. When they show up to do the work, however, they goof off, they are careless with your belongings, they steal from you, your items get broken. He does not deserve to be in the moving business! Moving is a difficult time all by itself. You need a company and people you can trust. This is NOT that company. Stay away from this company, you will live to regret it!

It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready. They worked quickly and professionally, and I found them friendly and I observed them taking extra care of my goods as they were loaded on the van. 3. Unloading was quick, and I found them both responsive to my directions for where things needed to wind up, and in fact they created a storage scheme that allowed me to access my kitchen stuff (for instance) without a lot of shuffling and relocating boxes.
