We proceeded to the restaurant and found it was quite busy despite this being a weekday and 2:00pm. The very nice hostess led us to our table. I ordered the chicken sliders special with the pesto vegetable soup. My wife ordered the Southern Seba Salad. Her salad was huge. It was so big that she shared some with me and still asked for a container to take it home. It was a delicious salad based on the taste that I had and according to my wife. The sliders that I ordered were superb. The chicken was very tender with a crusty coating that was both sweet and flavourful. My soup was so full of vegetables that I could easily have eaten it with a fork. This was a very pleasurable dining experience. It's approximately 60 km west of Edmonton. When heading west you use the off-ramp to turn south toward Seba Beach or, if it's more familiar to you, toward Tomahawk . This is a destination restaurant and you don't have to golf to eat here. The prices are a bargain for the quality and quantity of food in addition to the very professional service (with a slight English accent no less). The restaurant at the Pineridge Golf Resort gets an unqualified recommendation from me.

I was extremely impressed with how easy they made it to move our event and we were finally able to celebrate 2 years later. Rather than a traditional dinner, we just did a snack buffet with green onion cakes, pierogis and an assortment of cheese, fruits and vegetables. There was way more food than I expected. The portions were extremely generous and everything was delicious. They were even able to make gluten free versions for those who needed them. The bar service was also excellent. They were able to accommodate our signature cocktails and kept the drinks flowing all night. Throughout the night, staff made sure the tables were quickly cleared and food was replenished. The house is a gorgeous 1910 heritage home. It is carefully decorated for a feeling of comfort and elegance. The hosts are friendly and professional ensuring that your stay is relaxing and pleasant. They go into so much detail - custom made salts for the bath, wine and cheese for your arrival, classical music playing in the sitting area for breakfast, and slippers to put on your feet if you are cold. Our room was lovely. Huge heart shaped tub, sauna and fireplace. We come here to unwind and relax. The breakfast is always delicious. From home made lavender scones, to fresh fruit and home made yogurt, as well as a hearty main meal I always leave stuffed. I love how they grow as much as they can on their own and in the summer I was able to eat some delicious herbs and sun ripened tomatoes. I wonderful place to recharge and rejuvenate. Even in the most posh hotels, the bath tub usually is something to be desired. I was so excited and just extremely exhausted from the long road trip that I used to lovely honey conditioning shampoo as a bubble bath. The water was the perfect temperature. The tile around the bath was very interesting to look at. It felt like a spa. The towel floor mat was folded to hold the shampoo and soap. It made it very inviting. I really enjoyed the style of the toilet and the sink. Made it feel very updated. It's not perfect, somebody got nail polish on the sink, but it added to the artistic character of the bathroom. Don't take it off. It looks fun. The beds are spring, but comfortable. There's a refrigerator and a microwave, so leftovers and other perishable items can be stored in the refrigerator. And leftovers later heated in the microwave. I didn't know what to expect, but pleasantly surprised. Well done. very artistic.
