I paid her 7k Cash right after our first consultation because she presented herself with full confidence. I was scared and mentally low when we met and believed all her bs. She made me think she was a shark but was never available. I felt the only time she was around was when she would send out non consistent billing and needed money. Sadly, I kept paying while trusting she'd do what she said... She convinced me that she'd get the fines back from my ex when all said and done. She dismissed the case two times because I fell under her "required" retainer. *** WHICH I MUST ADD... she pitched me payment plans during the first initial consultation, however, I had the money so I brought her the 7 k in cash. A year and thousands of dollars later Nothing had been done. I didn't have child support....We didn't even have a parenting plain. When I confronted her and asked her what she had done for me and the case, she had her staff respond to me, "sorry that I was unhappy with their service!" I felt bad and tried to reassure I wasn't saying I wasn't happy I just needed her to respond to the question. THEY IGNORED ME Then she dropped my case a week before the final hearing due to non payment even though I kept her informed and she agreed to work with me knowing the situation. I had all intensions on squaring her once I got a check I was waiting for. Three times she dropped my case SHE WAS OUT!!! I took the money she would have gotten and paid another attorney, Greg Colvin, in Orlando and surprisingly HE got EVERYTHING DONE in under a month. HATS OFF TO GREG COLVIN!!!! Jody doesn't care about her clients and her staff is rude. I started to ask myself who she was working with me or my ex. I am a single mother and live check to check she cost me my savings. She doesn't follow up and has her staff does all her work; however, they don't deliver messages appropriately. She didn't listen to my feelings and dragged my case out but belammed my ex for the prolonged case. After I hired the new attorney I realized how fake she really was. She is a snake, be careful. She made me think she was a shark. However, she showed me she was dishonest and more like a lazy fish....defiantly not a shark!!!

Every time I tried to reach her regarding my case, my concerns were relegated to the assistants. Hunter, I experienced his poor attitude and abruptness towards his clients every time we met, I believe he has a attitude problem and acts as if he is better then you are...he is not as professional as I first thought, and it never got any better. I gave him a chance and hired him anyway despite his seemingly short comings... Yes... Hunter did complete my bankruptcy and we went to Court. This in spite of Hunter adding my home into my bankruptcy without the proper wording... I felt Hunter dropped the ball on this one, which has now come back to haunt me many years later on my Credit Report, the missing wording was, i.e. Home was Retained. That wording means a lot to people trying to reestablish their Credit. Hunter, did not add this wording into the bankruptcy documents, i.e. that the home was retained, if he did I wouldn't be having credit problems today. He has left my credit disastrously marked for the full 10 years. Because of Hunters error which shows up on my credit report I gave up my house in bankruptcy, and not retained it, I believe now this was deliberate, as now Hunter would like to do a Credit Repair for me!!! Generating more work for him-self... By the way, after all these years Hunter, you still have poor attitude a long with no people skills! I would suggest do more research before hiring K.
