I had the opportunity to meet Bill and Pam when my wife gifted me a couple of classes for Christmas. I will be honest in that I have had a great time in taking and engaging with both during the classes and have been able to pick up some good knowledge that I otherwise may not have. Sometimes what is offered may seems to be a bit more obvious, but they are items I had never thought of and critical to the process or safety.
