They do have a larger selection but very few in natural materials which is what I wanted. The wool rugs were mostly sold out. Shelves were very difficult to wade through. The store was clean, nothing blocking isles or the floor. However, shelves were a mess. No employees to be found. I saw one person checking out and I'm not sure I saw anyone else my 40 minutes in the store.

The owner a well reputable designer is foremost an artist and her store is her art studio. It is alway changing with the most incredible articles of design and imagination. He promptly came back and said no, it's 3-4 weeks for them to order the chairs. Huh? I asked for four chairs before coming in! We left and purchased chairs elsewhere. Furniture quality is meh, I'll stick to Ethan Allen. We don't mind ordering and waiting. We do mind inquiring and being told misinformation to get us to drive to the store. Our time is valuable too!

I have to say, I am a bit worried about the previous comments about items not being available after paying for them and the extra warranty I paid extra for not being valid. I decided to take a chance since I did love the items. I will follow up when I pick those items up. I did appreciate Liz's attention, friendliness and help during my visit. I think it is impressive and responsible when the owner or a representative responds to reviews and/or comments. This business I hope starts to respond to patrons reviews.
